The Creator of Dream M Power Inc commenced her lifestyle change in October of 2017. After months of dealing with grief, overcoming a divorce, and finding herself without any answers to “how to make it better”, she realized the necessity to change - to change her habits, her environment, her diet. At the time she weighed 223 pounds and not only was she physically heavy, she was emotionally and physically heavy. She was introduced to the teachings of Abraham Hicks and a few simple phrases stuck out to her: “you get what you feel, you get what you feel”; “everything is a vibration”; “think only about what you want”. She understood that she needed to “feel” and think better. Part of feeling better is what you think about and what you do. How you feel about yourself is often connected to how you view yourself. When you’re overweight you look down on yourself and often question how you got there. What you put into your body also chemically impacts how you feel. What you put in your body, whether it be food, drugs, words, “people” - can either add to or take away from your energy. Having energy is Key to: elevating, creating, action.
With this all in mind, The Queen of Dreams began her journey first with changing her eating habits - her diet. At the time she was swarmed with vegans and vegetarians who had been guilting her about eating me. Their words only made her eat more meat. However, her grandmother who was vegetarian sent her a documentary called, “What the Health?” This documentary shifted her viewpoint of how meat was processed and unclean. She also began to view food as energy and she realized that consuming dead animals was consuming dead energy. She started by first not eating fast food. Processed foods reduce your energy and increase body fat. She then began to cut certain meats out of her diet one by one. First beef, then pork, then chicken and lastly, seafood. She understood that her food needed to taste good in order to stay on the path of being vegetarian. So she purchased all types of seasonings, sauces and peppers to add flavor. She used meat seasonings on her vegetables to conquer her meat cravings. She was in love with trying new things so she cooked new dishes every night. For the first few months she only ate vegetables and drank water. At the same time she cut meat out of her diet she also cut out sweets and sodas. Within two months she loss 54 pounds. She felt better. Thought better. Moved more fluidly. She began to evolve into the person she always dreamed of.
These days so many people ask how she hasn’t eaten meat in 5 years. They ask about her journey, her recipes, what she eats at restaurants. She’s always willing to share. Most people take notice of her “self discipline.” Elevating to your highest self, becoming the best you encompasses all aspects of your life. If you eat good but think bad there’s still no progress and vice versa. She accessed all aspects of her life that needed elevation and she began to do the work. Her energy, her glue, her light all draw people to her. Not that she may only light up a room but that her light may be imparted to others. She desires that everyone she encounters or everyone who connects to one of her messages finds their light and imparts their light with others. Eating healthy is part of turning up your light. Eating healthy is part of adding to your energy. Eating healthy is part of becoming the best you.

YardHouse is a great atmosphere for sports fans as the restaurant is outlined in large screen TVs broadcasting sports and sporting events. YardHouse, though a sports bar, has a very intimate setting. The lights are low, there's a candle on each table. We love comfort and environment. YardHouse staff is attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. As a vegetarian there are many menu options. YardHouse uses impossible meat as a substitute in many of their main dishes. Our favorite appetizer is their bean nachos. Their nachos are served in a large portion, with beans, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and lettuce. This large dish can be your main meal or shared as an appetizer. The Gardein wings are veggie wings that can be served in five flavors. They are our favorite favorite! YardHouse has so many options for vegetarians that it will keep you coming back!

The owner's of Marlow's Tavern are experienced chef's who also own Five Star Restaurants in Ne York City. The work ethic they use in their 5 Star Dining, they also use at Marlow's. They visit each location, cook with the chefs, examine the processes and determine where they can improve. Their menus are created by artist which yields creative dishes. The menu is impeccable. As a vegetarian the sides are the best part of the menu. You can create a full meal from their large portion sides. Marlow's emphasis on improvement is tasted in every bite.
